Gate access for all sites is 24/7 for current tenants.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Click "Make a Payment" in the top right corner of our website and pay online. Or visit our main office 872 25 St SW, Medicine Hat, 8am-4pm Monday-Saturday and we can process visa, debit, or cash payments. You can also call us at 403-526-8534 during office hours and we can process credit card payments over the phone.
What types of leases are offered?
We offer simple monthly leases. You’re able to lease a storage unit or parking space for however long you need.
Who has access to my storage unit?
Only tenants have access to their storage units. Enter your code into the keypad at the gate.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes, we offer parking spaces for RVs, cars, boats, trailers and any other vehicle that you need additional space for. The spaces are uncovered but if you purchase a vehicle cover you won’t have to concern yourself with any possible damage from intense weather.
Is the facility under video surveillance?
Each of our facilities is under 24-hour video surveillance. We’re able to see everything taking place on the facility at all times in order to maintain a safe environment for our tenants and their belongings.
How do I rent a unit?
You can Rent or Reserve a unit from our website. We can also move you in over the phone at 403-526-8534 or you can visit us at 872 25 ST SW, Medicine Hat (main office) and we can process your move-in in person. Hope to see you soon!
